Allmakes Quality

Allmakes 4X4 holds the Lloyds Quality Standard of ISO 9001:2008. Enabling them to continually improve internal processes, and to deliver market leading standards of customer service, along with the highest quality range of parts.

"We hold Lloyd's ISO9001:2008 accreditation for storage, supply and delivery of genuine, original and replacement spare parts and accessories for vehicles manufactured by Land Rover".

Lloyd's actively monitor quality checks across the entire Allmakes' product range. This active monitoring has provided them with the accreditation. Thus, when Allmakes speak of "quality parts", this is living proof that they consistantly deliver on this promise.

This quality assurance and official governmental controlled approval is part of the reason why they offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on their entire range of products; including genuine, original equipment, branded, and quality after market parts and accessories. Allmakes are also able to provide a 2 year warranty on certain premium grade components.

We denote all our Allmakes supplied products by adding a Z8 suffix to the part number and the Brand field will also state "Allmakes" unless the part in question is branded.

*Please Note: On Allmakes supplied items with an extended 24-month warranty, The text in the brand field will read "PR2".

We will refund your return carriage costs and send your replacement parts out carriage-free if returned parts are accepted as faulty. We believe we are the only supplier of Land Rover parts to offer this level of service throughout the EU (you must agree your costs with us beforehand).

We are normally obliged to return goods to Allmakes for inspection before replacements or refunds are issued, but we will make an exception where goods are obviously faulty.

We work on your behalf as our valued customer, and our own Independent Land Rover Workshop will inspect any items considered to be faulty. An inspection report will be submitted with each return to the manufacturer.

Notwithstanding the above guarantees, returns to Allmakes are currently less than 0.6%.

Unwanted or wrongly ordered goods can be returned from anywhere in the EU within 3 weeks of purchase. There is a 15% re-stocking charge.
