The packing was first class, the best I have received from a UK parts supplier, no chance of a part arriving damaged. Boxed parts had been opened and packing put inside with the part for extra protection.... just excellent. When I need parts again I will be visiting the LRDirect site

Unfortunate that the first part was lost however I have faith in DHL and now feel certain that it will indeed arrive soon. Once I receive it I will contact you again and let you know.
